So you’re interested in trying CrossFit? It really is easy.
There are a number of ways you can get started, and both options are FREE!
1. Give us a call at 626.263.0683 to set up a one on one intro. We’ll take you through a basic overview of CrossFit and put you through a very straightforward workout (WOD) that we will scale to your fitness level.
2. You can come on down to our intro class that we have every Saturday at 10am. All you need is a comfortable set of workout clothes, running shoes are fine, and a bottle of water.
If you’re an experienced CrossFitter, you can just drop in to any of our regular classes!
First visit is FREE so don’t be shy;
