Under the expertise of Crown Weightlifting & USAW Level 2 certified coach, Javi Cardenas, come join our Olympic Weightlifting platforms to improve your overall barbell technique. Invest the time and take advantage of working with Coach Javi to improve your mechanics on the SNATCH, CLEAN & JERK, and other supplemental lifts. Barbell Technique programming is typically 3x a week.
If you’re looking to take your weightlifting to the next level, come compete on our USAW sanctioned barbell team, Crown Weightlifting. As a member of Crown Weightlifting, you’ll follow specific programming 5x a week, to prepare and get you ready to compete. Some accolades of members of our barbell team include qualifying for the 2019 American Open for USA Weightlifting, and competing in Albuquerque, New Mexico on the big stage.
Whether you’ve never touched a barbell, or you are an experienced lifter, all levels of weightlifters are welcomed to CrossFit Crown City’s Olympic Weightlifting program.
