Here at CrossFit Crown City (Pasadena), we offer a well rounded CrossFit Teens’ program which is designed for your teen whether they’re active in outside athletics or if their primary fitness focus will be doing CrossFit with us. Your teen will also learn healthy lifestyle habits which all teens can benefit from!
If you’re a teen participating in outside athletics, come build a solid foundation, develop your strength, speed, agility, power, & endurance, and get that extra edge to help you excel at your given sport outside of CrossFit.
While many schools have sports teams, not all schools have quality strength and conditioning training accessible. CFCC’s teens program runs 3x a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays), so your teen will gain the consistency & confidence in their training that they need to help them thrive in their sport.
