Join us every Saturday morning at 7am to challenge your weaknesses and work on progressions week after week to develop more complex movements, and improve your aerobic capacity. 

 

CrossFit competitions consist of multiple workouts in a single day, and often last for a few hours. With CrossFit Crown City’s Comp.
