SCHEDULE OF CLASSES
CrossFit is defined as a core strength and conditioning program focused on improving peoples’ performance in 10 modalities, Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. What does that mean to you and what can you expect to experience in a class? It means that when you join a CrossFit Crown City class you are going to sweat, work hard, have fun, and get results! All the while being led by an amazing group of certified coaches that will challenge and support you in every aspect of your fitness journey. If you have never tried CrossFit before, do not be intimidated, don’t be scared, jump in and let us show how amazing this program can be!
Weightlifting is led by our USA Weightlifting certified coach Charles Chung. Our Weightlifting is also a sanctioned USAW club with dedicated platforms and multiple training times for training. At Crown City we believe that offering weightlifting cycles along with CrossFit programming provides options for our members that ultimately makes them better athletes. Whether you are new to weightlifting or a more advanced lifter, we welcome you to join Crown Weightlifting. Coach Charles plans and preps for cycles and encourages any and all members to join at the beginning of the cycle in order to maximize results.
Power Hour is all about building strength! In this class we combine the best of Weightlifting, BodyBuilding and Powerlifting to maximize fun and muscle gain! If you are looking for a program that will help you add muscle, look no further, as Power Hour is the class for you!
Strength and Movement is a program focused on mastering the fundamentals of CrossFit, Gymnastics and Weightlifting.
