5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats
Then:
1:00 Pigeon Stretch Each Side
1:00 Seated Straddle

Strength:
Find your 5RM Touch and Go Deadlift
No bounce, no noise, control the eccentric portion of the lift

Conditioning:
4 Rounds For Time:
10 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
10 Thrusters (95/65)
10 Bar Facing Burpees
